When paid access is enabled, payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorized payment processor. We do not store full card numbers, UPI PINs, bank account passwords, wallet credentials, or other sensitive financial credentials on our servers.

We may receive and store limited transaction data needed to verify payments, activate course access, prevent fraud, process refunds, and provide support. This may include your email address, order ID, payment ID, payment status, refund status, amount, currency, and related gateway references.

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide PYQ practice tools, activate course access, personalize practice and revision workflows, show progress, respond to support requests, process payment-related queries, prevent abuse, fix bugs, and improve the platform.

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers such as hosting, database, email, authentication, and payment processing providers where required to operate the platform.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us, support platform operations, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.

We keep account, learning, and transaction-related records for as long as needed to provide the platform, maintain user access, resolve disputes, comply with legal or accounting requirements, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability.

If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize eligible account data where technically and legally possible. Some records, such as payment references, refund records, abuse-prevention logs, or legal/accounting records, may be retained where required.

GaugeYourPrep is intended for exam preparation users who are capable of creating and managing their own account. If you are using the platform on behalf of a minor, you should ensure that appropriate parental or guardian consent is available where required.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data, including authentication controls, protected API access, access restrictions, and abuse-prevention measures. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Basic technical logs may be generated by our hosting or application systems to help operate, troubleshoot, and protect the platform.
