Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds, duplicate payments, failed payments, cancellations, and access issues are handled for paid GaugeYourPrep course bundles.

1. Paid Course Access

Bundle pricing, included papers, covered years, free preview years, and validity are displayed on the Course & Pricing page. These details may vary by bundle and are applicable as shown at the time of purchase.

Paid access is activated only after successful payment confirmation. Access validity starts from the date of successful purchase unless stated otherwise on the Course & Pricing page.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered when a duplicate payment was made, payment was debited but access was not activated, or a verified technical issue prevents access to the purchased bundle.

Refund requests should be raised within 7 days of payment from the registered email address, with the payment/order reference and screenshots if available.

3. Non-refundable Cases

Since GaugeYourPrep provides digital educational access, refunds may not be available after access has been activated and used, except where required by law or where a verified platform issue prevents reasonable use of the purchased bundle.

Refunds may also not be available for change of mind, accidental purchase after successful access activation, lack of usage, exam plan changes, or dissatisfaction after using the digital content and features.

4. Failed or Pending Payments

If a payment fails or remains pending, access may not be activated until payment confirmation is received from the payment processor.

If any amount is debited for a failed or pending transaction, reversal or refund timelines are handled by the payment processor, bank, card network, UPI provider, or wallet provider, as applicable.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, UPI provider, card network, or wallet provider.

We may ask for additional payment details, order references, or screenshots to verify and process refund-related requests.

6. Cancellation

Unless a specific bundle or plan states otherwise, paid access is a one-time digital access purchase and not a recurring subscription. Cancellation will not shorten an already active access period.

GaugeYourPrep may suspend or cancel access in cases of fraud, misuse, unauthorized sharing, chargeback abuse, violation of platform terms, or security concerns.
