GaugeYourPrep is an independently operated educational practice platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) or any other examination authority.

The platform is intended as a preparation, practice, and revision tool. It does not guarantee selection, rank, marks, exam success, or any academic or career outcome.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs through your account.

You must not share, sell, transfer, or allow unauthorized access to your account. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if an account appears to be misused, shared, compromised, or used in violation of these terms.

Previous year exam questions may be available from public sources. However, GaugeYourPrep's database arrangement, tagging structure, custom explanations, interface, practice workflows, progress features, notes features, and platform design are protected as our intellectual property.

You may use the platform only for personal exam preparation. You must not copy, scrape, download in bulk, redistribute, resell, mirror, publish, or create a competing database or service from GaugeYourPrep content, data, design, or features.

Automated access through bots, crawlers, scripts, scraping tools, bulk downloaders, credential sharing, or any activity that overloads, disrupts, bypasses, reverse-engineers, or probes the platform is strictly prohibited.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for accounts or traffic patterns that appear abusive, fraudulent, automated, harmful, or likely to affect service reliability.

We work to keep questions, answers, explanations, tags, and metadata accurate, but mistakes, omissions, or outdated information may occur. If there is any discrepancy between GaugeYourPrep and an official answer key, notification, syllabus, or exam update, the official source should be treated as final.

Users should independently verify important exam updates, syllabus changes, answer keys, eligibility rules, dates, and notifications from official sources.

Bundle pricing, included papers, covered years, free preview years, and validity are displayed on the Course & Pricing page. These details may vary by bundle and are applicable as shown at the time of purchase.

Free preview access may be available for selected configured papers or years. Preview availability, paid coverage, benefits, and access periods may differ across bundles and may change for future bundles.

Paid access is activated only after successful payment confirmation and verification. You must be signed in for purchased access to be attached to your account.

Payments may be processed by Razorpay or another authorized payment processor. We do not store full card numbers, UPI PINs, bank account passwords, wallet credentials, or other sensitive financial credentials on our servers.

Your payment may also be governed by the payment processor's own terms, refund timelines, dispute process, and policies.

Prices, benefits, taxes, payment availability, and bundle offerings may change prospectively. Changes will not intentionally remove paid access already granted for an active access period, except in cases of fraud, misuse, unauthorized sharing, chargeback abuse, legal compliance, or violation of these terms.

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Since GaugeYourPrep provides digital educational access, refunds may not be available after access has been activated and used, except where required by law or where a verified platform or payment issue applies.

Users may create notes, bookmarks, reports, or feedback while using the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that anything you submit is lawful, respectful, accurate, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, corrections, or error reports, you allow GaugeYourPrep to use them to review, improve, and maintain the platform without any obligation to compensate you.

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but access may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, payment processor issues, technical problems, security measures, or events outside our control.

GaugeYourPrep is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, incorrect answers, outdated explanations, payment processor issues, device issues, internet issues, or academic or career outcomes resulting from use of the platform.

We may update these Terms & Conditions as the platform, course bundles, payment flow, policies, or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page with the latest update date.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India unless applicable law requires otherwise.
